The palate is broad and textured but boasts a fresh, mouth-watering acidity and a crisp, dry finish. Serve at 11-13 Deg. Pair with mussels in white wine and garlic broth, grilled yellowtail with olive oil and herbs. This is a structured, premium white blend with excellent ageing potential of around 7–10 years.
