'Nduja is a typical Calabrian product composed of minced pork flavored with hot chili pepper. Combined with the delicacy of Tuna Fillets, it makes this specialty an ideal condiment for pasta or a tasty appetizer. To produce our Yellowfin Tuna Fillets for over 100 years we have been choosing the highest quality tuna and processing it completely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) plant, in all its phases, following a tradition that is centuries old in our Calabria region.
