Description Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Picked in small crates and kept in the cold room overnight before being processed and sorted the following day. Grapes were fermented on the skins with punch downs 3-4 times a day for 13 days, before it was pressed and racked to the barrels. Matured in 5th fill French barrels for 11 months.
