Description Arenite refers to one of the major textural sandstone groups present on this farm. Syrah is happily rooted in these rocky soils as it is rooted in Stellenzicht’s history. Made from the same original Syrah clone as its acclaimed predecessor, this stalwart exudes its origin with rich layers of dark berry fruit, spice and finely textured tannins. Beautiful rich red and dark fruit along with some hints of all spice. The whole bunch fermentation enlightens the savoury palate that has a lush finish from the coated tannins. Serve at 12-15 Deg. Drink now through to 2029. Pair with steak Frites and asparagus with whiskey butter.
